Sealing collars for connection lugs (round / flat conductors) are typically used to lead these conductors through waterproof foundation slabs / walls (e.g. white tank).
The following types are available:
- For round conductor Rd 10 mm, Part No. 478 598
- For flat conductor 30 x 3.5 mm, Part No. 478 599
The sealing collars are pressurised-water-tested up to 1 bar, which simulates conditions at an installation depth of 10m and stagnant water. An additional 5 bar compressed-air-test according to DIN EN 50164-5 is verifiable.
